Members Present:Betty Askins (Adam Braunstein (Max, brown Lab), Sharon Blumberg (Sasha, white Bichon), Kate Wall (Floyd, fawn pugh), Karoline Wallace (Steve, black Shepard & Amber, blond Cockcapoo), Arnie Zacharias (Bucca, black & white mix plus all the dogs he walks!)
1. Fountain: the person who originally approved the variance allowing us to install the fountain near the new dog run entrance left and the new person will not grant us the variance. We have filed an amended variance, and await to hear back from them.
2. Rules: now called the Regulations (see Rules) wee discussed. On Tuesday, june 5th, the final text will be sent to the sign maker. The signs will be posted outside or perhaps in the middle of the Run.
3. Small Dog Area: we all walked over to the Run to discuss where the small dog area should be. this area would be a safe haven for small dogs and their owners. Small dogs can use the main area also. The area will be located by the Community Gardens a nd will have its own entrance gate.
